The Digital Sales and Marketing Director serves as a subject matter expert for all things digital across the media spectrum.
The DSMD will have responsibility for helping drive and execute digital and print strategies to exceed revenue objectives across various partnerships and platforms.
The DSMD will work directly with Leadership and Account Executives to provide training, guidance, and overall strategy for digital ad sales.

The Ideal Candidate will be successful in leading and managing a team of Digital Media Specialists and Digital Support Specialists helping them develop their skills and grow their careers; developing strategic business plans to identify and grow digital and print sales across existing business partnerships; fostering growth with existing client base by leveraging brand assets through effective digital ad sales; continually execute sales and marketing strategies to grow new advertising base across all digital and social platforms; working with leadership on sponsorship opportunities for O&O platforms in addition to new e-commerce opportunities; planning and implementing integrated digital campaigns that support the organization’s overall marketing efforts.
