What will your job look like?

Accountable to the Senior Marketing and Products Manager
 

• Coordinate the development, maintenance and update of Company's website
• Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the Company's website
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Design, build and maintain Company’s social media presence
• Evaluate emerging technologies, brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies and other partners to create landing pages and optimize user experience

All you need is…

• 
  Bachelor degree in Digital Marketing or in any related field
• Solid technical understanding will be considered as an advantage
• Minimum 5 years of proven working experience in digital marketing or similar roles
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development
• Proven experience managing SEO/SEM, email, social media and Google Adwords campaigns
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Fluent in both spoken and written Greek and English
