1. Create and manage compelling multimedia content across digital channels
2. Collaborate with content and creative teams to support content calendars
3. Ensure timely delivery of digital assets while maintaining brand consistency

YouTube Channel Management

1. Develop and execute channel strategy aligned with brand and content goals
2. Optimize video titles, descriptions, and tags to boost visibility and engagement
3. Analyze YouTube Analytics to refine strategies and content performance
4. Organize videos and maintain playlists for user-friendly navigation

Website Content Collaboration

1. Write and optimize web content aligned with digital strategy
2. Ensure accessibility and adherence to content governance guidelines
3. Maintain high content quality and brand alignment

Social Media Collaboration

1. Work with internal teams to craft platform-specific, engaging content
2. Collaborate with paid and organic social teams to maximize impact

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in digital content management
3. Proven track record in YouTube channel management and optimization
4. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital analytics tools
5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
6. Basic understanding of artificial intelligence applications
7. Experience in video production and editing
8. Certification in Google Analytics
