Mario’s Cabinets has been serving the Tampa Bay area and beyond for over 20 years. What started out as a custom cabinet shop in a garage quickly grew into one of the most reliable and quality-oriented companies in the area, serving many returning clients from the Florida keys to Alabama. We have the capability and experience to supply any customer from individual homeowners to high end builders to any commercial project. We are now looking to enter our next phase of growth, and are looking for a seasoned independent designer/sales person to join and enable us on this journey. Qualifying candidates would be motivated self-starters with a proven track record of seeking out new clientele and growing a customer base, with experience in overseeing a project end-to-end, whether a single bathroom remodel for a homeowner or a multi-unit engagement with a builder and everything in between. Design skills, both creative and with CAD software are highly desired. Compensation is commission based and will be dependent on skills and experience during the interview process. We are well set up with both residential and commercial clients and with capabilities beyond just cabinetry, including wood flooring and custom closets, so every project can have plenty of upsell opportunity and unlimited earning potential - the more you sell, the more you make. We’re looking for someone to join our team who can delight our customers and bring in new ones who will keep coming back to us for all their cabinetry needs - as many satisfied clients have for the past 20 years.
