US - Remote

Package: starting at $170k base + bonus

 

The Client

Our client is changing the game of Field Service Management operations through augmented reality and artificial intelligence, increasing safety, productivity, and efficiency for some of the world’s most impactful companies. Now, to help with their exciting growth plans, they’re looking for a Demand Generation Director to help with their go-to-market strategy in North America.

 

The Role

As the Demand Generation Director, you will be responsible for developing the North American strategy and execution of demand generation. Some of your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Build an end-to-end demand generation strategy for North America in partnership with the CMO and the NA Sales Leadership team.
  • Own demand generation initiatives (ex. Industry events, digital campaigns, account-based initiatives) that specifically target utilities, oil & gas, telco, and transportation industries.
  • Track and measure results to report to the extended sales team and top-level management.
  • Develop and deliver digital marketing campaigns and events, using creative tactics, both virtual and in-person.
  • Own and manage FSM/industry events.
  • Create narrative and sales collateral to support sales and account-based activities.
  • Run end-to-end digital campaigns, then monitor their progression and conversion.
  • Leverage focused messaging and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver advertising and collaterals.

About you

 

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing with a foundation of modern demand generation skills.
  • Ability to build an end-to-end strategy and execution plan.
  • Ability to work closely with and provide reports to Executives and C-suite.
  • Excellent organization, including using CRM and marketing automation tools to optimize engagement metrics and conversion processes.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing targeted demand generation programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, results-driven personality with the initiative to take on projects independently.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and data into approachable messaging
