WORK HOURS: 8AM – 5 PM MON TO FRI

PURPOSE

Under minimal supervision, is responsible for Retail asset management, data analysis, solution provider, etc. Works directly with Technical Services and Connectivity, Security department leaders, and third-party business partners to analyze and report on device orders, device reliability, proposed statements of work, and related financial information. Acts as Retail device specialist to provide support to Retail end users.

JOB DESCRIPTION (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)

Must Have:

· Experience with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerBI)

· Experience in report development, extensive statistical analysis, and forecasting experience using spreadsheet tools.

· Experience in supporting device management, customer service, basic support.

· Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and prior experience in inventory/asset management.

Proffered:

· 5+ years’ experience in Information Technology, with an emphasis on device management.

· Experience working with ServiceNow or other ticketing system.

· 1+ technical certifications and focused training in networking, operations, project management or asset management.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• Nashville, TN: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
