We are seeking a skilled Content Writer to join our team and support our business development efforts by creating compelling and persuasive bid proposals for various opportunities within the medical staffing industry. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop a winning proposal.

As a Content Writer for ABSS, you will be expected to:

• Conduct research on potential clients, their needs, and requirements to develop a clear understanding of their goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with the sales and business development team to identify new opportunities and develop a strategic approach to win the bid.
• Write clear, concise, and compelling proposal content tailored to the specific client and their requirements.
• Edit and proofread proposals for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with RFP requirements.
• Create and maintain a proposal library of templates, graphics, and standard content for use in future proposals.
• Coordinate with marketing team members to ensure the proposal meets all requirements and is visually appealing.
• Manage multiple proposals simultaneously, ensuring that all deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
• Continuously improve the proposal process by incorporating feedback, best practices, and industry trends.

To be considered for our Content Writer position, you must have:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field required.
• Experience creating compelling and persuasive content.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong research and analytical skills to understand the client's needs and tailor the proposal accordingly.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build effective relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
