Job Description & Responsibilities
We are seeking a self-motivated, Bilingual Assistant Ecomm Digital Merchandiser to help manage our products on each site. This position is remote but must be based in the United States.
- Enter data related to start-to-end process of event and offer creation, track responsible parties, follow up on deadlines, and quality-check contributions
- Initiate and execute product offer pages and site merchandising standards, including art and copy
- Manage and review merchandise presentation to optimize purchase conversion
- Manage internal and external photo requests
- Track and manage product samples
- Work directly with vendors and vendor-provided spreadsheets to convert and import product specs and descriptions into company database for use in offers and events
- Responsible for acquiring relevant and complete product information in a timely manner; this may include utilizing internet research and external vendor partner outreach to validate information that may be missing and/or request additional artwork to enhance the product pages to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
- Responsible for merchandising and placement of products throughout websites as well as categorizing products within navigation structure
- Follows website event calendars with focus and priority on daily event launches and marketing initiatives
- Issue internal tickets to our warehouse, photo studio, site merchandising, and other departments as needed as well as follow up to ensure needs are clearly understood and on schedule
- Resolve internal and external tickets received in a timely manner with a customer service attitude
- Build out product offerings in partner fulfillment portals and ensure order files and related tracking are processed on time

Skills, Experience, & Education
- High School or equivalent; some college preferred
- Ability to proficiently read/write Spanish
- Experience with online products a plus
- Experience entering data precisely/extremely detail oriented
- Experience entering attributes of products a plus
- Excellent computer / internet skills
- Experience with spreadsheets, especially Google Docs
- Experience entering attributes of products a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce and ZenDesk a plus
- 1-3 years related e-commerce experience preferred
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Shopify skills a plus
- Exhibit in-depth knowledge of formulas with Google Sheets or Excel
- SalesForce, Amazon Seller Central, and other content based platform experience highly preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
