Job Description:

As an installation partner of cabinets and doors for a large hardware home improvement chain we need a good match for our team. We are looking for an energetic and positive person to add to our team of admin/installation coordinators of cabinets, doors, windows and similar home improvement items. You need computer skills, phone and customer service skills and experience coordinating the installation of similar items for home or business clients.

The Project Coordinator will manage the various parts of a project to ensure its success and serves as an essential role in effective project management. This includes assigning and monitoring daily tasks and communication, as well as creating reports and updates for the Project Manager and other members of management. They will assist Project Managers with specific administrative tasks related to their assigned projects.

The Project Coordinator can expect to handle several tasks that are specific.

Monitor the daily progress of projects and provide detailed updates to project managers or other team members

Ensure the team has the supplies and resources needed to complete their assigned project on time and within their budget limits

Build and adjust labor quotes, Organize designs and client files for easy access

Plan meetings and organize project logistics

Effectively build client relationships

* Qualifications & experience needed for the job

Prefer 2-5 years in residential construction and remodeling Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)v Excellent customer service and communication skills Reliable, dependable, and trustworthy Positive team player Able to work without supervision. Exceptional at multi-tasking. Must be able to bend and lift at least 15 lbs.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
