Description:

Compnay is a very high end luxury fashion retailer that is growing their ecommerce/online store presence from traditional brick and mortar (7 physical boutiques). They are looking for an eCommerce Product Copywriter to join the digital team.

The Product Data Merchandising Coordinator will be assisting in the creation of items system based on brand information provided by our vendors, analyze, and monitor all data entry to ensure the most accurate and update to date information in our system, and assist with the allocation of product. The main responsibility will be analyzing and entering information in the system to ensure product(s) are processed in timely manner correctly and making sure all product is allocated correctly across the network for our retail department. A successful candidate is analytical, tech savvy, and proficient in excel.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Enter data points following guidelines and specific branding structures

• Retrieve and transfer data from databases and electronic files as needed

• Upload data into ERP system

• Create and manage excel spreadsheets

• Verify & Audit data points, identifying contrasting differences in the system and documents

• Assist with identifying and quantifying data accuracy

• Assist with retail allocation and enhance current tools for existing process
