As our Web Designer/Developer, you will own the end-to-end design and development of our website and digital marketing assets. You'll translate ideas into tangible designs, creating wireframes and high-fidelity mockups in Figma, and then bring them to life by building and maintaining responsive, high-performing pages and experiences in Webflow. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing team to design and deploy compelling visuals for paid media campaigns, social channels, and other key initiatives, ensuring a cohesive and engaging brand presence across all digital touchpoints.

What you'll do

1. Design and develop visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites and landing pages using Webflow.
2. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma to effectively communicate design concepts.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement effective visuals for marketing campaigns, social media, and other digital channels.
4. Ensure brand consistency across all digital assets and platforms.
5. Optimize web pages for speed, performance, and SEO.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience as a Web Designer/Developer with at least 3 years of experience and a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in Webflow and Figma.
2. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
3. Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
4. Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
5. Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to haves

1. Experience working in a startup or fintech environment.
2. Experience collaborating with marketing teams.
3. Knowledge of SEO best practices.
4. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).

$65,000 - $75,000 a year
