The role

● You will be the go-to Social Media Ads Specialist for a pod of clients, leading strategy across Google Ads (Google + YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram) and TikTok Ads.

● LinkedIn Ads experience is a nice bonus but not required.

● You will own the roadmap, present ideas to clients, and collaborate with our internal design, development, and support teammates to bring campaigns to life.

● This is a strategy-leading, result-owning role rather than a task-taking role.

What you will do

Lead paid social strategy

● Build and refine testing roadmaps for Google, Meta and TikTok: audiences, creative, offers, funnels.

Own performance and reporting

● Review performance across multiple attribution tools, pull insights, and turn them into clear recommendations.

Shape briefs and creative direction

● Work closely with design and creative to brief winning ad concepts, hooks, formats, and angles.

Partner with clients directly

● Join client calls, walk through results, present tests, and discuss next steps with confidence and clarity.

Delegate and coordinate

● Collaborate with design for new ad creative and landing page assets.

● Collaborate with development for tracking, pixels, and landing page changes.

● Coordinate with social ads support team members for builds, QA, and implementation.

Test, learn, and scale

● Launch experiments and iterate quickly, documenting what was tried and what was learned.

Must-haves

● Hands-on Google Ads experience: you have built and managed campaigns, ad sets, and creatives yourself.

● Hands-on Meta Ads experience: you have built and managed campaigns, ad sets, and creatives yourself.

● Hands-on TikTok Ads experience: you understand how TikTok differs from Meta, especially in creative style and audience behavior.

● Fluent in English: strong written and spoken communication; you can explain complex ideas simply.

● Comfortable leading strategy: you make recommendations, defend them with data, and adjust when needed.

● Comfortable presenting to clients: you can walk through performance calmly and clearly, even when results are mixed.

● Comfortable delegating: you can give clear briefs, deadlines, and context, then own the outcome.

Nice to have

● Experience running LinkedIn Ads, especially for B2B or higher-ticket offers.

● Experience with UGC workflows, creators, or influencer-style creative.

● Experience with e-commerce brands or B2B SaaS brands.

● Familiarity with tools like GA4, Hyros, Northbeam, TripleWhale, or similar (if not, we will train you, but data curiosity is key).

● We see a clear testing cadence in your accounts, not random switches.

● Creative and strategy work together, not in silos.

● You can explain what is working, what is not, and what you are doing next without hand-waving.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,108.20 - $65,162.56 per year
