In this role, you will be responsible for: - Responding to customer inquiries via email in a friendly and professional manner. - Managing and updating product listings, including descriptions, prices, and images. - Checking product information to ensure consistency and accuracy. - Resolving customer questions related to products and orders (but no order processing). - Identifying common customer questions and suggesting improvements for product information. What we are looking for: Experience with Shopify and e-commerce. - Excellent written communication skills. - A structured and detail-oriented work approach. - Experience in customer support and product management is a plus.
