Reviews and approves content to be published to a centralized knowledgebase
Develops technical system implementation and configuration documentation and related technical support user guides and procedures guides
Develops end user training documentation and guides
Reviews, validates, and updates technical system and support documents.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in technical writing, documentation management, or related fields, with a focus on technical systems.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
Desired:
Good to have experience with Louisiana's state government system.
