Job Description:
We are seeking a highly creative and organized Social Media Manager to oversee the social media presence of 8-10 accounts on a monthly basis. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, proficient in managing multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Google Business. This role requires a strong eye for design, the ability to craft compelling captions and a strategic approach to hashtag usage and audience engagement. A necessary aspect of this role is the ability to write and create original, non-AI-generated content tailored to a luxury market and clientele.
*Note: Room for growth and additional hours for the right candidate if also interested in Canva Design projects apart from Social Media.
Job Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of 8-10 social media accounts, ensuring each platform is regularly updated with fresh, engaging content.
Content Creation: Utilize Canva to design visually appealing graphics that align with luxury brand aesthetics. This includes creating posts, stories, and other visual content that captivate a high-end target audience. Must be proficient in Canva.
Feed Planning: Visually arrange and plan Instagram feeds to ensure a cohesive and sophisticated layout that resonates with luxury brand identity.
Copywriting: Write creative, on-brand captions that tell a story, engage followers, and drive interaction across all platforms, with a particular focus on appealing to a luxury market.
Hashtag Strategy: Develop and implement a hashtag strategy tailored to each platform, aiming to increase visibility, reach, and engagement within the luxury segment.
Creative Thinking: Continuously brainstorm new ideas for social media content, campaigns, and strategies that align with the brand’s goals and resonate with an upscale audience.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media management across multiple platforms, particularly Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Google Business.
Proficiency in Canva.
Strong understanding of visual aesthetics, especially in arranging and planning Instagram feeds.
Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging and on-brand captions, specifically for a luxury clientele.
Experience in developing effective hashtag strategies.
Ability to think creatively and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Familiarity with social media analytics and tools to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
Experience working with luxury brands or high-end clients.
Knowledge of social media trends and best practices in the luxury market.
Ability to adapt to different luxury brand voices and styles.
