Roles and Responsibilities •Planning, coordination with, marketing for obtaining the schedule of dispatch. Of material like Iron and Coal. •Rail/Road freight collection for comparative freight for outward dispatch. • Prepare destination wise freight table for placement of fleets. •Certify of billing from all contractors. •Controlling activities of dispatch & Transport Agent •Prepare daily, fortnightly and monthly MIS reports. •Collect the price of other iron ore mines. •Co-ordinate with mines on daily basis for iron ore supply to plant. •Liaison with transporters for smooth transportation of materials •Arranging payment to transporters and vendors. •Transportation of Iron ore by Road from different Mines • Conversant with Customs & port formalities, documentation
