Who You Are

You are a strategic content marketer with a love for translating brand voice and vision into meaningful, measurable impact. You thrive in fast-paced environments, bring structure to complexity, and are passionate about crafting high-quality content experiences that engage, inform, and convert. You bring a strategic mindset and bias toward action. You’re able to shift between 30,000-foot planning and 3-foot execution fluidly and are adept at managing and steering projects. You can lead an effort but also be a role player and valued contributor.

This position reports to the Head of Marketing and will rely on collaboration with your teammates. You will be partnering with communications, member services, product, school sales, education, and design teams to deliver compelling content that supports lifecycle marketing, member engagement, and business growth across PAC’s portfolio of brands.

Responsibilities

  2. Manage and evolve PAC’s community engagement strategy, supporting ongoing content creation, moderation, and meaningful interactions within online communities.
  3. Own and maintain marketing websites across PAC brands, ensuring content accuracy, brand consistency, and message resonance.
  4. Oversee SEO strategy and performance, driving organic traffic growth, optimizing for search intent, and continuously testing messaging to improve conversion rates.
  5. Write and edit high-impact content including blogs, user guides, scripts, email campaigns, product updates, website copy, and other member-facing communications.
  6. Establish and maintain content best practices including style guides, governance systems, and a content reuse strategy.
  7. Build and manage a rolling content roadmap that aligns with business needs and supports engagement across the member lifecycle.
  8. Analyze performance data and market research to inform content improvements and strategy shifts, using internal and external feedback to enhance impact.
  9. Identify and fill content gaps in the member journey in partnership with the Head of Marketing.
  10. Implement structured processes and workflows that support content planning, production, and feedback cycles across multiple teams.
  11. Yearly audit and maintenance of transactional member communications.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  1. Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to match tone and style for various audiences in a highly regulated industry.
  2. Curious, adaptable, and eager to evolve and improve systems and experiences.
  3. Demonstrated experience managing content strategy across channels (web, email, blog, community, SEO).
  4. Strong understanding of website CMS platforms, analytics tools (Google Analytics), marketing automation (Informz), and SEO tools (SEMrush).
  5. Strong project management skills with experience using Monday.com (or similar) to coordinate cross-functional work and meet deadlines.
  6. Creative problem-solver who can translate complex ideas into clear, user-friendly content.
  7. Proven ability to analyze performance data and apply learnings to optimize content strategies.
  8. Ability to prioritize effectively across short-term deliverables and long-term strategic initiatives.
