Our goal for women is lifelong recovery and a new way of being in relationship to the world. Our mission is to awaken the woman with addictions to the possibility of making choices that help her become physically, emotionally, and spiritually transformed.

Expectations for Resident Manager: Guiding Light’s Women’s Recovery Program is a new residential treatment program available for women afflicted by substance use disorder. This role is a newly developed role within the organization. The ideal candidate would be enthusiastic about supporting women in early recovery.

• Live a sober lifestyle.
• Lead by example through consistent action that shows her to be invested in recovery, active in service, responsible, encouraging, and respectful.
• Create and maintain healthy, positive relationships with each resident, establishing a baseline and open communication channel.
• Administering random drug tests for residents, as needed.
• Oversee house maintenance and general upkeep.
• Checking for completion and holding residents accountable.
• Assess cleanliness and outside maintenance needs.
• Oversee that participants adhere to regularly scheduled program expectations.
• Possess a valid driver's license
• Available to transport residents to evening meetings.
• Regular communication with Guiding Light Women’s Recovery Team including weekly check points and updates.
• Write weekly resident updates.
• Hours available - Evenings M-F and potentially weekends The ideal candidate would be available early mornings and evenings to oversee and support women outside of normal program hours (8am-5pm).
• The Resident Manager will off-duty and free to hold other employment during the day.
• Compensation includes room & board and a weekly stipend
