Job Description:
The Reporting & Data Analyst 3 will develop management reports for the Field Leadership Support department and be the lead analyst in charge of creating ad-hoc reports and databases for the same. The Sr Analyst will also work to maintain and upgrade where possible the many databases currently used by the Field Supervision department and to become the be the Subject Matter Expert for the our many user tables and system processes. The position primarily supports the Field Leadership Support department but may at times be called upon for their expertise in assisting our Compliance partners including Field Audit, PFSI Licensing, and PFSI Compliance. The Sr Analyst must be able to create complex queries using DB2 and Access (or a similar user interface platform). The Sr Analyst should be fluent in SQL and the Microsoft Software packages including Word, Excel, Access and Power Point. This position ensures the delivered application and/or enhancement is well designed, documented, tested, and meets the business’ specifications and needs. This includes fact gathering, business and technical writing, tracking and resolving issues, test plan development, acceptance testing, and training.

Open to candidates that live anywhere in the United States, but must work Eastern time zone work hours. If candidate is in Metro Atlanta area, they will work a flexible hybrid schedule at our Duluth office.

The estimated salary range for this role is: $72K - $82K
 
Duties
  • Become the Subject Matter Expert on the Field Supervision tables and relational databases
  • Apply analytical skills and business knowledge in order to solve business problems
  • Ensure that all databases/reports are delivered on-time and within scope
  • Assist in the definition of database/scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Serve as an advocate for continuous process improvement for Field Supervision department
  • Provides user support to help resolve issues
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Highly organized and can prioritize multiple tasks to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, business analysis OR related work experience
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills that can be utilized to build effective working relationships with key work partners
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to work independently with very little direction and/or supervision
  • Team player who can effectively multi-task, take direction, and easily shift priorities
  • Excellent Access, Excel, and SQL skills
  • Strong understanding of relational database concepts 
  • Excellent understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle
