Closed Loop Solutions is a fast-growing waste and recycling services company helping organizations across the U.S. move recyclable commodities like cardboard, plastics, metals, and e-waste. We’re looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented 1099 Caller to help us engage with potential recycling vendors.
You’ll be reaching out to a wide variety of organizations—including MRFs, solid waste districts, county recycling centers, and manufacturing facilities—to gather key information about recyclable materials and identify new business opportunities.
This is a remote, flexible-hours position with performance-based pay and a clear path for advancement into outside sales and national contract development roles.

What You’ll Do:
• Make outreach calls to potential recycling vendor contacts using a script and CRM
• Ask discovery questions to learn what commodities they generate and how they manage them
• Log responses accurately into a CRM or provided form
• Flag promising contacts for follow-up by our founder
• Coordinate basic follow-up if needed (pricing requests, site visit interest, etc.)

Compensation (Performance-Based Structure):
1. Base Pay Per Verified Call
• $1.50–$2.50 for each completed and verified call
• Must include actual conversation with a contact and key questions asked
2. Bonus for Qualifying Information
• $5–$10 per lead with:
• Confirmed commodity types
• Estimated monthly volumes
• Details on current vendors or service gaps
3. Commission on Closed Deals
• $50–$200 flat bonus for each location that results in a closed load or new vendor relationship
• Paid after the first invoice is completed
Payments are verified internally and made based on real outcomes, not just call activity.

Top-performing callers will have the opportunity to advance into a Remote Outside Sales Associate role. This promotion includes:

What We’re Looking For:
• Excellent communication skills and confidence on the phone
• Strong attention to detail in note-taking and follow-up
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Comfortable speaking to vendors, operators, and facility staff
• Prior experience in sales, cold calling, recycling, waste, or manufacturing is a plus
