We are seeking a dedicated Data Analytics Regional Account Manager (RAM). Using statistical analysis, data mining, and information correlation from various sources, the RAM is expected to collect and organize data, remove errors and create clear replacements, find patterns, identify trends, and present findings to improve decision-making and processes.

The role is full-time and classified as remote, but with an expectation of up to 5 business days of travel per month. We prefer candidates to be based in Texas, Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Ohio, or Indiana. The work schedule consists of Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, with Tuesdays and Sundays as designated days off.

Responsibilities

1. Using various sources: Monitor, mine, correlate, collect, organize, and analyze data on a continual basis.
2. Remove data errors and create clear replacements, find patterns, identify trends, and present findings to improve decision-making and processes.
3. Routinely communicate with the Senior National Account Manager (Sr NAM) to ensure account alignment.
4. Manage and lead account expectations, while adhering to the compliance guidelines set by the account and by Credico.
5. Effectively support business relationships as coordinated with the account, internal teams at Credico, and the external vendors contracted under Credico.
6. Conduct in-person monthly meetings with external vendors, ensuring such parties have access to all applicable training resources, initiatives, trend information, and protocol processes as set by the account and by Credico.
7. Other duties assigned, or as necessary, to support the overall business needs.

Experience and Qualifications

1. Minimum 2 years of direct experience in data analytics and information correlation.
2. Strong proof-reading skills with focus on accuracy and quality.
3. Excel: Multi-sheet consolidation, advanced formulas, pivot tables, visual displays, XLOOKUP.
4. Clear and professional communication skills: Written and verbal.
5. Tactical sense of urgency to effectively assist others.
6. Availability to work full-time on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday – Days off: Tuesday and Sunday.
7. Available to travel for in-person meetings up to 5 business days per month.
