Requirements:

• Active real estate license in Ohio (we cover all of NEO)
• Proven track record of successful sales and satisfied clients
• Strong negotiation skills and an understanding of market trends
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using real estate software and CRM systems
