Job Description:

At Fullscript, we’re not just changing healthcare—we’re making it whole.

We help 100,000+ healthcare practitioners support 10 million patients with a platform that delivers evidence-based health solutions, diagnostic support, and practitioner tools—all in one place.

Healthcare today is disconnected. We’re fixing that. Fullscript makes it easier for practitioners to treat the whole person, not just symptoms, so patients get the support they need—when they need it.

We’re building a better way—one where healthcare is connected, complete, and built for impact.

The Role

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Product Manager to lead the vision, development, and optimization of our Commercial and Marketing Website. This individual will be instrumental in shaping the end-to-end web experience for prospects and leads — driving performance across top-of-funnel acquisition, user journeys, and conversion pathways. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in UX design, web content management, SEO, and digital experimentation, with a strong understanding of product positioning and how to build seamless experiences that support both marketing objectives and customer needs. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, UX, and Engineering, serving as a critical bridge to ensure our web platforms function as powerful tools for growth and brand storytelling.

What You'll Do:

  1. Web Experience & Journey Management: Design and manage key user journeys with a strong focus on segmentation, behaviour signals, and content relevance.
  2. Product Ownership & Roadmap Strategy: Own the Commercial Website product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that align with growth, brand, and marketing goals.
  3. Content Strategy & SEO Optimization: Implement and evolve SEO best practices, including site structure, on-page elements, and performance.
  4. Experimentation & Performance Analytics: Define KPIs and leverage digital analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to monitor user behaviour and inform product decisions.
  5. Stakeholder Management: Act as the voice of the user and the business — communicating trade-offs, rationale, and performance updates to stakeholders.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with design, engineering, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure smooth execution of roadmap initiatives.

What You Bring:

  1. 5+ years in product management with a focus on digital experiences, ideally for high-traffic commercial or marketing websites.
  2. Experience working with content management systems (e.g., Contentful, WordPress, Payload) and publishing processes.
  3. Strong grasp of UX and information architecture — able to design intuitive, user-friendly site structures and journeys.
  4. Proven track record improving SEO and leveraging digital analytics to drive growth and engagement.
  5. Hands-on experience running experiments (A/B or multivariate testing) to optimize performance.
  6. Comfortable collaborating across Product, Marketing, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver best in class experiences.

Bonus points if you have:

  1. Familiarity with MarTech tools (tag managers, marketing automation, CDPs).
  2. Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and web performance optimization.
  3. Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on digital tracking.
  4. Experience in Agile environments and using tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Asana.

What we offer:

  1. Flexible PTO & competitive pay—rest fuels performance.
  2. RRSP match & stock options—invest in your future.
  3. Customizable benefits—flexible coverage, paramedical services, and an HSA.
  4. Fullscript discounts—save on wellness products.
  5. Continuous learning—training budget + company-wide initiatives.
  6. Wherever You Work Well—hybrid and remote flexibility.
