We are looking for a passionate and efficient Photo Retoucher/Archivist to join our creative team. This position will report directly to our Marketing Manager and will work closely with our Website Team and Creative Director. This teammate will be responsible for high quality photo retouching, color matching, graphic design for print and digital media, and archiving brand imagery. They should have the tools to maximize efficiency, take directio, and manage their time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Timely retouching of lifestyle photograph, studio imagery, and product flatlays
• Participate in multiple rounds of photo reviews and execute necessary revisions
• Implement and upkeep file systems including file renaming and photo archiving in Dropbox
• Implement processes to streamline retouching and overall workflow process
• Desire to grow your skills and learn new techniques
• Conceptualize and execute graphic design projects in both the digital and print space
• Adjust color and details in product photos to physical and digital swatches
• Work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
• Work closely with the marketing and production teams on garment graphics
• High-level of self-motivation and commitment to producing quality work

Experience

• Fast and efficient photo editing skills using Photoshop, specifically retouching + coloring
• High level of proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite and Lightroom
• 2+ years graphic design experience, preferably 4D design experience as well
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in fashion preferred
• Website design preferred
• In touch with design trends to continually evolve our brand and standards
• Exceptional graphic design skills and the ability to translate direction into design
• 3+ years of experience with fashion/apparel, or editorial/lifestyle brands
