Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintaining computer networks and systems including software, mainframes, VPNs, routers and other physical hardware
Fixing software and hardware configuration issues for users on-demand
Manage of server/VM/ESXI on promises
Implementation of security, policies, Veeam Backup and Replication, File sync backup
Management of all kinds of server installation, migration, backup and restoration.
Setting up Windows Servers in Amazon AWS cloud (EC2).
Manage network infrastructure to ensure disaster recovery systems are accessible.
Manage and provide effective ongoing support to customers on integration projects
Managing of Mikrotik Router
Designing of Network Diagram VISIO
Manage Print Server.Restor of Server From Veeam Backup
Configuration of Routing Switching
Troubleshooting/Diagnosing of Network devices
Manage all IT related procurement & documentation.

Qualification and Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar, preferably in lead/supervisory role.
Hands on experience on Amazon AWS cloud (specially EC2, S3), Office 365
Hands on experience in implementation and management of Server 2012/20 R2 Active Directory, Firewalls PFsense, Mikrotik, Virtual Servers, Print Server, Amazon AWS, ESXI, Backup of Windows Servers and Network printers etc.

Required Skills:

Understands the inter-dependencies of the services (application, system, network and database) and is able to pin-point problem area accurately to improve overall efficiency
Expertise in OS Installation / Maintenance, Software / Driver Installation troubleshooting, Hardware procurement, Network Cabling / troubleshooting, etc.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Administration, Systems Engineering, or a related field of study.
MCITP, MCSE, CCNA certifications would be a plus
