Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced morning prep manager to join our team. As a manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and training the morning prep crew. This is a leadership role that requires excellent organizational and communication skills.
Duties:
-Food prep: Oversee the prep of dough, veggies, cheese and other products.
- Shift management: Schedule and manage staff shifts to ensure smooth operations and all prep is completed in a timely manner.
- Provide assistance and support to staff members as needed.
- Inventory control: Monitor inventory levels and order products.
- Food service management: Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Customer service: Take customer orders and prepare pizzas as needed
- Cash handling: Set up registers in the morning.
- Kitchen: Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation and sanitation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry is required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Proficient in inventory management systems.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems for cash handling.
