Sim Planet Pty Ltd is seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our brand strategy, driving customer engagement and positioning our products and services for success.
Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Specialist with Sim Planet, you will be involved in:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance the brand presence.
- Develop local and statewide brand management strategies and share with customers and distributors.
- Create engaging and visually appealing promotional materials, including flyers, brochures, and online content.
- Manage social media platforms to increase audience engagement and drive brand awareness.
- Coordinate advertising campaigns, both online and offline, to target relevant audiences.
- Evaluate and develop ideas for marketing opportunities and generate new content through social media, promotional event planning and brand advertisement.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
- Utilizing strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Conducting regular reviews of systems and generating reports on efficiencies and improvement areas
- Structuring and prioritizing business requirements and communicating plans with stakeholders for review and approval.
Requirement and Skills :
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Expertise in Market Research and Marketing Strategy.
- Sales experience in Telecom industry and ability to support sales initiatives.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles, branding, and campaign execution.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in the technology or telecommunications sector is a plus.
Good-to-Have:
- Experience working with Australian B2B or B2C markets
- Knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce or Zoho
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
- Familiarity with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.)
- Exposure to event marketing or PR campaigns

- Organizational, communication, and documentation skills with experience encouraging a culture of collaboration
- Passionate about technology and applications/platforms
- Down-to-earth, make it happen, analytical and detail oriented with a strong drive and innovative approach.
Salary:
$80,000 – $85,000 per annum.
