Our company is a leader in high-performance dehumidifiers, air movers, and air purification products, is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Marketing Generalist to support our growing brand. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a versatile marketer who can manage a wide range of marketing functions—from content creation and digital advertising to campaign coordination and brand communication. The right candidate is resourceful, data-driven, and eager to make an impact in a fast-paced, product-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities: Content & Campaign Development:
- Assist in developing, executing, and tracking integrated marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging content for digital platforms, email newsletters, product brochures, social media, and website updates.
- Support product launches with coordinated marketing materials and go-to-market strategies.
Digital Marketing:
- Maintain and update the company website and eCommerce listings (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, etc.).
- Assist in managing SEO/SEM efforts and monitor key analytics for continuous improvement.
- Support PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and track ROI through analytics tools.
Social Media & Branding:
- Create and schedule content for multiple social platforms to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Maintain brand consistency across all materials and campaigns.
- Monitor online presence, reputation, and competitor activities.
Trade Shows & Promotions:
- Support the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and promotional events.
- Coordinate the creation of collateral materials including banners, giveaways, and displays.
Marketing Operations:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product Development, Customer Support) to align messaging and improve customer experience.
- Assist in managing the marketing calendar, asset library, and vendor relationships.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategy and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field or Equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing role (generalist or specialist).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar tools.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Magento Amazon Marketplace.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and basic HTML is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Attributes:
- Passion for technology, environmental controls, or HVAC-related products.
- Hands-on experience working in a product-based or eCommerce company.
- Video editing or motion graphics experience is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Chinese) is a plus.

Pay: $58,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
