The Marketing & Content Creation Specialist is responsible for developing engaging digital and print content that supports company branding, advertising, social media presence, and internal communication. This role partners closely with the marketing team, external vendors, and internal departments to execute a range of marketing initiatives, including video production, event support, and website optimization.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Design and produce content for digital ads, social media, email campaigns, print materials, and customer communications
2. Create and edit high-quality video content for the company’s website, social platforms, and training programs
3. Assist with planning and logistics for company events, trade shows, marketing projects, and video/photo shoots
4. Manage the company’s social media presence, including content scheduling, posting, engagement, and brand voice consistency
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital and traditional marketing strategies
6. Work with external web design and SEO/PPC partners to enhance website performance and online visibility
7. Capture marketing photos and maintain a library of visual assets for advertising and training use
8. Provide support on additional projects as assigned by management

Qualifications & Skills

1. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
2. Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities
3. Proficiency in:
4. Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere)
5. Canva
6. Microsoft Office Suite
7. Major social media platforms
8. Working knowledge of website design concepts and analytics tools
9. Experience operating video and audio equipment for content creation

Working Conditions

1. Standard office environment with occasional off-site work for events or video shoots
2. May require occasional lifting of equipment (up to 25 lbs)
