This is what we would like you to do:
Responsible for executing, monitoring, optimizing, and analyzing marketing promotions, campaigns, and communications across various channels. Manage assigned campaigns and target segment marketing activities by analyzing data, coordinating targeted content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve specific campaign and marketing goals. Goals may include lead generation, member acquisition, member retention, product acquisition, and usage targets. Monitor campaign performance, identify data-driven adjustments, and report on key metrics to ensure maximum campaign effectiveness. Other responsibilities include data analysis and market research, plus the ability to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
Primary Job Duties:
- Assumes responsibility for marketing campaign management and related tasks.
- Develop direct marketing campaigns (email, direct mail, paid search, content marketing, and internal channels) for assigned objectives that align with business objectives, including target audience identification, messaging alignment, and channel selection within the allocated budget.
- Set up and implement marketing campaigns across the various channels utilizing the marketing automation platform.
- Work closely with design team, content creators, business intelligence, line of business, marketing operations, and other stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment and successful execution.
- Assumes responsibility for analyzing and reporting on marketing campaign performance and related data tasks.
- Track campaign performance using data and analytical tools to measure key metrics and identify areas for optimization.
- Prepare regular campaign reports highlighting key performance indicators, insights, lessons learned, opportunities, and recommendations.
- Monitor data sources, validate data accuracy, and identify data gaps to assist with data hygiene and quality control.
Education/Certification:
- BA in Marketing, Statistics, Data Analysis, or related field, required.
Experience Required:
- Two to Three years of experience in marketing campaign management.
- Experience with project management tools (i.e., Zoho Project, Wrike, Microsoft Project, Monday, etc.)
- Experience working in a marketing automation platform (Prisma Campaigns, Marketo, HubSpot, etc....) preferred
- Preferred experience in credit union or financial marketing
Required knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products.
- Knowledge of related computer applications.
- Understanding of marketing data research, reporting and analysis
- Knowledge of automated marketing campaign execution, functions, and analysis.
- Marketing fundamentals: strong understanding of marketing principles, including customer segmentation, brand positioning, and marketing funnels.
- Digital marketing experience: proficiency in digital marketing, including email marketing tools, paid search, websites, and analytics platforms.
- Data analysis skills: ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and use them to inform campaign optimization.
- Project management skills: ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills: excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey marketing objectives and campaign results.
