Roles & Responsibilities
- Marketing Campaign Planning & Coordination: Assist in the end-to-end planning and logistics of marketing client’s global events or engagement experiences, including Jira task/ticket creation and management, scheduling meetings, taking meetings notes and ensuring parties follow up on action items.
- Campaign Execution: Following the direction of marketing managers, you will collaborate with copy, design, and web/UX teams to support the implementation of audience marketing campaigns across digital, email, and social channels.
- Content & Asset Management: Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials in confluence, slack and other internal Client’s distribution channels, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery. QC and proof emails or other marketing assets.
- Audience Engagement: Support audience acquisition strategies and facilitate attendee communications before, during, and after events.
- Ad Hoc Audience Marketing Support: Provide ad hoc campaign and/or project executional support for our three senior audience marketing managers or Head of Shared Services including but not limited to data pulls or reorganization, marketing calendar management and updates. Required Skills & Experience:
- Jira ticket management. Slack updates. Interaction daily with audience marketing/shared services.
- Experience in event marketing, and/or integrated marketing campaigns.
- Understanding and experience working with marketing and sales funnels.
- Self-starting tendencies with an ability to drive projects forward.
- A knack for details. Critical thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
- Extraordinary program management and communication skills with and a consistent track record of working across sales, marketing and technology teams.
- The ability to successfully manage multiple items running at the same time. A passion for metrics.
- You live for the data and use it to guide your programs and spend
Skills: Google suite. Slack. Zoom. Atlassian tools are a major plus. Collaborative. Comfortable with communication, verbal and written. Marketing background.
Education: Bachelor’s or Equivalent Experience
