NuggMD is seeking a highly motivated and versatile Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers the opportunity to work with a progressive company in a rapidly growing sector. Attention to detail is crucial in all aspects of this role.

You will follow video based and written instructions to complete tasks for various teams within marketing including Content, Email, and CRO.

You will complete regular daily/weekly tasks in addition to “floating” tasks that you may only do once or twice. Everything you’ll be working on will be critical to our marketing team and our business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Follow video based and written instructions to complete tasks for various teams within marketing including Content, Email, and CRO.
2. Accurately input, update, and maintain data across various company databases, systems, and the company website.
3. Pull and organize data from analytics platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, and Ortto.
4. Daily review of essential website pages, user flows, and redirects.
5. Prepare provided articles daily for publication on WordPress website.
6. Follow instructions to set up website tests, implement winning test variants, and prepare website copy using video instructions and content.
7. Build or batch weekly email sends, campaigns, tests, and new automations with the help of our email marketing manager.
8. When a task is assigned, confirm it was received and your understanding of that task.
9. Tracking project completion and time spent in our project management software (Clickup)

Qualifications:

1. Must be willing to have at least 10 of your working hours per week between 9am-5pm CST. Most tasks can be completed outside of those hours, but we want to have crossover hours for streamlined communication and timely/urgent requests.
2. (2+ years) Proven experience as a Marketing assistant, associate, or in a similar role
3. (5+ years) Strong competency in Google Suite, including Google Sheets & Docs.
4. (2+ years) Proven experience pulling reports and organizing data from Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and similar platforms.
5. (2+ years) Familiarity with Email marketing platforms (hubspot, Ortto, Braze, or similar)
6. Experience building and copywriting for emails is preferred but not required.
7. (2+ years) Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress & Webflow).
8. Experience in WordPress publishing is strongly preferred but not required.
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
10. Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
11. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
12. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
13. Ability to learn complex tasks and follow detailed instructions.
14. Ability to learn from educational resources we provide.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
