Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns and mandated communications, including web pages, emails, and mailers.
- Provide strategic guidance through the development of clear, concise creative briefs.
- Initiate and manage projects using Workfront, our traffic management system.
- Gather and consolidate feedback from business partners, ensuring all inputs are accurately incorporated.
- Coordinate with Legal and Compliance teams to submit materials for review and consolidate edits as needed.
- Conduct thorough reviews of materials to ensure accuracy and completeness of revisions.
- Develop and maintain versioning grids and build materials to support targeted campaigns.
- Document implementation and reporting requirements to ensure proper execution and evaluation.
- Monitor translation workflows, print production, delivery timelines, and digital posting for all projects.
- Pull, interpret, and analyze material and campaign metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Create and manage detailed project plans for larger-scale, mandated communication initiatives.
- Perform quality control (QC) checks across marketing assets including communications and web pages.
- Organize and archive final documents and kitted materials in centralized locations for access by internal teams and vendors.
- Communicate regularly with key stakeholders and business partners to maintain alignment and project transparency.
- Influence and align cross-functional teams and decision-makers to drive project success.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and regulatory communications.
- Strong strategic thinking and creative briefing capabilities.
- High proficiency in Workfront or similar project management systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders, align cross-functional teams, and navigate approval processes.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated, accountable, and proactive in problem-solving and execution.
