This position is responsible for providing the enterprise lines of business with analysis related to market share, market segmentation, marketing campaigns and or other measures of business performance.

They will work closely with other departments to ensure data quality, accuracy, timely and targeted analysis to answer business questions/testing business hypothesis. In addition, this position will serve as the analytics lead to plan, develop, execute, and analyze OMNI channel member and prospect marketing/communication journeys in support of all lines of business.

Responsibilities:

Uses data, historical performance, past experience and marketing acumen to proactively identify opportunities to drive growth within key strategic initiatives.

Development and execution of customer relationship management strategies, leveraging 1st and 3rd party data to identify target audiences, design personalized journeys, and deploy engaging content for Email, SMS, Social and Direct Mail campaigns (OMNI Channel).

Utilize 1st and 3rd party data sources to identify and target quality audiences, in addition to data hygiene and data quality through data analysis and validation.

Journey development, validation, enhancement, and curation through CRM platform to provide incremental retention and acquisition.

Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of lifecycle marketing initiatives, making data driven decisions to optimize campaigns and strategies.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED Required

Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree · 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Information system, business, project management, or data analytics.

Knowledge:

General understanding of model development and implementation

Experience with analytical software such as SAS, SPSS

Experience with database queries using SQL

Requires strong knowledge of research techniques and resources.

Experience with marketing automation tools and Salesforce suite of products.
