ITegrity is seeking (2) Laptop Imaging Technicians for a 6-month project to provide a managed approach for a laptop refresh project:

Candidates must have the ability to:

• Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for staging and deploying new laptops.
• Image new Windows laptops with a standardized image and install non-standard applications requested by users.
• Encrypt laptops with McAfee ePO.
• Add laptops to an Active Directory Domain and troubleshoot
• Tag new laptops with property tags and enter data into a property management system.
• Communicate with end users, following established processes.
• Schedule laptop transition with end user via appointment slots
• Deploy and/or mail imaged laptops to end users.
• Perform printer set up, if needed.
• Supporting customers with the transitioning to their new laptop by assisting with first time login, performing a joint QA check, and transferring data from the old laptop. This may be performed in-person or remotely.

Preferred

• Associates Degree in computer science
• A+ Certified
• Network+

• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Regular attendance is a requirement of this job.
• In office, onsite required
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance

Salary: $45,000-$60,000
