About The Role
We’re seeking an experienced and agile Integrated Marketing Manager to join the Integrated Marketing Planning & Execution team. This role sits at the intersection of growth, product, and brand marketing—helping translate business imperatives and new product initiatives into end-to-end campaigns that drive subscriber acquisition and engagement.
The ideal candidate is a strategic operator and storyteller who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments. You’ll help launch and grow key digital subscription offerings—including customizable content bundles and freemium products—and ensure campaign execution across internal teams and external partners aligns with performance goals and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies designed to drive acquisition and engagement for new streaming products
- Translate business and product priorities into campaign briefs and mission statements, aligning cross-functional teams on objectives and execution
- Oversee campaign asset development and activation across digital video, CTV, paid social, search, email, in-app, and owned media
- Support the launch of strategic partnerships, ensuring brand consistency and coordinated go-to-market execution across channels
- Collaborate with Product Strategy, Media, Brand, Creative, Lifecycle, and Analytics to optimize campaign performance
- Manage end-to-end campaign timelines and communication with stakeholders to ensure milestones are met and resources aligned
- Leverage insights and data to drive creative iteration and performance improvements
- Maintain consistency in positioning and creative expression across all customer touchpoints
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in integrated marketing, product marketing, or growth marketing, ideally within a subscription-based or digital media business
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing omni-channel campaigns with measurable business impact
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, creative strategy, and campaign execution across digital-first channels
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to drive alignment across internal and external stakeholders
- Proven ability to collaborate in a matrixed, cross-functional environment
- Adaptability to fast-paced, agile environments with a strong test-and-learn mindset
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
