Director, Web Operations
We have an opportunity for a Director, Web Operations to join our Marketing team remotely, reporting to the VP, Marketing Operations . In this pivotal role, you will oversee our Web Operations, Localization, and Development teams, ensuring our websites deliver exceptional user experiences, support business growth, and reflect our brand. You will work hand in hand with our Web Strategy and Design team to ensure we are delivering on the Infoblox vision for our digital presence. Collaborating closely with cross-functional partners including Marketing, IT, Product, and Sales teams, you will maximize web performance and business impact. This is a remote role that can be located anywhere in the U.S.
Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do
- Oversee the web development team responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining the company’s websites and digital platforms
- Partner with our Web Strategy team to align on vision, deliverables and timelines
- Lead the overall management and governance of the company’s websites, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security
- Define and implement operational standards, workflows, and best practices for web management
- Manage content updates, site releases, and change control processes
- Partner with stakeholders to shape and execute the long-term vision of the corporate website as both a growth engine and brand platform
- Oversee site architecture, scalability, QA, and technical structure strategy to drive engagement and conversion
- Manage site governance, accessibility, compliance, and security in partnership with IT and Legal
- Oversee website localization strategy and execution to ensure global audiences experience consistent, high-quality, and culturally relevant content across all markets
- Lead the implementation of website personalization initiatives to deliver tailored user experiences, increase engagement, and drive conversions across audience segments
- Define the technical roadmap, including CMS, integrations, APIs, and front-end frameworks
- Own the management of the CMS platform (e.g., Optimizely, WordPress, Drupal) and oversee integrations with our Martech stack
- Partner with Marketing Operations and Analytics to ensure accurate tracking, tagging, and reporting
- Ensure accurate tracking and data integrity across all digital platforms, including website, CMS, marketing automation, and analytics tools
- Drive continuous optimization of web performance by analyzing user behavior, conversion metrics, and traffic trends to inform design and content strategies
- Lead web A/B testing, experimentation, and personalization efforts to maximize engagement, conversions, and ROI
Be Prepared — What You Bring
- 10+ years of experience in web operations, web development, or digital strategy, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong technical expertise in CMS platforms such as Drupal, WordPress, and Adobe Experience Manager , along with proficiency in modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks)
- Proven experience with analytics platforms and a solid foundation in data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional leadership , project management , and stakeholder communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable improvements in web performance, user engagement, and business outcomes.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment .
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Information Systems , Marketing , or a related field ( Master’s degree preferred

Six Months:
- Review our current tech stack and make recommendations on roadmap and modernization initiatives where there is a fit
- Build strong partnerships with our Web Strategy, Digital Marketing and Product Marketing teams
One Year:
- Drive strategic initiatives to expand digital capabilities, improve customer experience, and support revenue growth
- Partner with Brand, Creative, and Digital Marketing teams to deliver a consistent digital identity across all touchpoints
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for the web program, providing stakeholders with insights on performance, key initiatives, ROI, and opportunities for optimization
