Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Full-Time HR Generalist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources as our company continues to expand.

Responsibilities:

As an HR Generalist at Forward Health LLC, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our employees and the overall HR function. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Recruitment: Participate in the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection process.

Onboarding: Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive transition for new hires into the company.

Benefit Management: Administer employee benefits programs, assist employees with benefit inquiries, and facilitate open enrollment processes.

Entity Management: Assist in the management and maintenance of HR records, personnel files, and HRIS systems.

Employee Relations: Act as a trusted resource for employees, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.

Healthcare: Collaborate with our healthcare team to ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and support employee wellness initiatives.

Payroll: Assist in the payroll process and resolve any payroll-related issues.

Company Strategy Rollout: Contribute to the implementation and communication of company-wide HR initiatives, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience or education in human resources or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Enthusiasm for embracing change and contributing to a fast-growing company.
  • HR certification is preferred but not required. Newly certified HR candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (ADP) and MS Office Suite.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
  • Full-time position with a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid holidays.
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Currently remote, with plans for a hybrid work schedule in the future.
