What We Need

CORPAY is currently looking to hire a Growth Partner within our Marketing division. This position falls under our Corpay Payables line of business. In this role, you will serve as the Growth Marketing partner for Corpay’s Payables business, responsible for driving onboarding, adoption, cross-sell, retention, and win-back programs that directly impact customer lifetime value and business growth. You will be instrumental in shaping lifecycle strategies around Corpay’s unified spend management platform—Corpay Complete—which houses AP automation, invoice processing, virtual cards, payments automation, and supplier workflows in one mobile-ready hub. By spotlighting and optimizing these capabilities, you'll deliver seamless, value-driven experiences that help customers streamline payables, boost efficiency, and reduce risk. You will report directly to the VP of Marketing and regularly collaborate with the team and departments.

How We Work

As a Marketing Partner you will be expected to work in a virtual environment. CORPAY will set you up for success by providing:

  1. Assigned home office set up
  2. Company-issued equipment + remote access

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP & OWNERSHIP

  1. Acting as the primary marketing partner for the Payables business unit.
  2. Owning the product positioning and messaging for key Payables features, including AP Automation, Invoice Automation, Vendor Onboarding, Payments (ACH, checks, virtual cards), and PO workflows.
  3. Understanding stakeholder priorities, customer pain points, and revenue goals in relation to faster invoice processing, ERP integrations, and rebate generation via Corpay’s vendor network.
  4. Translating these priorities into lifecycle marketing initiatives aligned with onboarding, adoption, cross-sell, retention, and win-back objectives.
  5. Communicating campaign plans and outcomes regularly with business partners.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  1. Collaborating with product, sales, and marketing specialists to scope campaign objectives, success metrics, rollout timelines, and budgets.
  2. Managing execution of multi-channel campaigns—leveraging product differentiators like AI-powered Invoice Automation, virtual card rebates, and ERP integration benefits.
  3. Tracking campaign performance, drive data-led optimization, and surface learnings to stakeholders.
  4. Leading campaigns end-to-end, aligning internal stakeholders and external messaging to deliver consistent customer impact.

CUSTOMER AND BRAND ADVOCATE

  1. Championing a customer-centric mindset: use insights to refine onboarding flows, reduce friction, and showcase value (e.g., time saved, rebate earned, faster approvals).
  2. Ensuring all communications mirror Corpay’s brand standards and reflect its claim as the #1 B2B commercial Mastercard® issuer in North America.
  3. Identifying gaps in understanding of payables needs, and drive research that turns into actionable insights.

ORGANIZATIONAL AND FUNCTIONAL EXPERT

  1. Deeply understanding Corpay’s Payables product suite—including AP Automation, Invoice Automation, Payments Automation, Virtual Cards, Supplier Workflows, and ERP Integrations like NetSuite, Sage, and Microsoft Dynamics.
  2. Recommending an optimal marketing mix across email, digital, in-product, webinars, events, and content to engage and convert audiences.
  3. Staying informed on fintech, payment automation, and spend management trends—positioning Corpay Payables as a modern, unified, and reliable solution.

Qualifications & Skills

  1. 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, with emphasis on product marketing or lifecycle marketing in SaaS, payments, or fintech.
  2. Proven success marketing complex payables or spend-related products (AP automation, virtual card programs, ERP-connected solutions).
  3. Strong track record translating business goals into measurable marketing ROI.
  4. Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Marketing Cloud).
  5. Skilled at project management and juggling multiple deadlines.
  6. Analytical mindset, you’re adept at turning data into insights and actions.
  7. Excellent communication and cross-functional influence skills.
  8. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or similar; MBA is a plus.

  2. Automatic enrollment into our 401k plan (subject to eligibility requirements)
  3. Virtual fitness classes offered company-wide
  4. Robust PTO offerings including major holidays, vacation, sick, personal, & volunteer time
  5. Employee discounts with major providers (i.e. wireless, gym, car rental, etc.)
  6. Philanthropic support with both local and national organizations
