Innovative Driven is currently seeking a dynamic, creative, entrepreneurial, AI-native business development leader to join the team at an incredibly exciting corporate client! The client is a cutting edge company that is leading the industry in the innovative implementation of AI technology to enable teams to work smarter by combining advanced AI-augmentation with hands-on human expertise.


They are proudly building the operating system for human expertise in the AI age. As a Growth Lead for this amazing team, you will have the chance to create, shape, and drive business across new segments in major global industries.


The team is specifically seeking a creative, product-fluent, AI-native commercial leader who thrives on the sales and business development cycle, building a pipeline and GTM strategy that will close deals with industry-leading corporate clients.


RESPONSIBLITIES:

  1. Build and own your pipeline from scratch, using creative, AI-enhanced prospecting, and strategic market mapping.
  2. Identify whitespace and emerging opportunities across the world’s most important organizations.
  3. Create new and advancing outreach strategies to potential clients
  4. Build and facilitate the entire sales process, start to finish, working the full business development and product implementation process for the customer
  5. Apply strong AI product fluency to explain the technology clearly to customers
  6. Partner closely with internal stakeholders in leadership , product development and marketing about capabilities, technical foundations, and emerging features.
  7. Test and evolve new messaging strategies
  8. Leverage AI to amplify your research, pipeline development, and daily operational cadence


QUALIFIED CANDIDATES MUST DEMONSTRATE:

  1. Bachelor's degree is required, JD or MBA a huge plus
  2. At least 5 years of experience driving new business in enterprise or complex B2B environments.
  3. AI-native and GTM-fluent business development experience
  4. Proven use of AI technology to scale impact for corporate clients
  5. Proven success of building a pipeline independently, using AI-enhanced prospecting
  6. Previous experience closing sophisticated deals
  7. Strong technology/AI product fluency and technical aptitude
  8. Solid understanding of previous AI systems, workflows, and product capabilities.
  9. Experience selling into regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, financial services, energy, or healthcare
