The right candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's visual identity through creative and impactful designs across exciting product launches and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Creative Design: Produce eye-catching and on-brand graphics, illustrations, and visual content for various marketing channels, including social (both paid and organic), paid media, email campaigns, website, and retail signage.

Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all design assets, maintaining a strong visual identity that resonates with our eco-conscious audience.

Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to bring weekly product launch campaigns and ongoing brand initiatives to life.

Conceptualization: Brainstorm and present creative concepts and ideas to enhance our brand, engage our community, and tell our story.

Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, while efficiently meeting quick deadlines.

Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with design trends, eco-friendly design principles, and sustainable materials to continuously improve our visual content.

Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy, quality, and consistency of design assets while maintaining a keen eye for detail.

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.

● 3-5 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing your creative designs.

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

● Experience creating gifs and motion graphics

● Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines with strong project and time management skills.
