Are you passionate about clean energy and helping people save money? We're looking for driven, personable individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives focused on educating communities about the benefits of Community Solar.

This role is 100% travel and centers around meaningful, non-aggressive conversations that inform residents, businesses, and organizations about how they can lower their utility bills and support renewable energy.

What You'll Do:

1. Community Engagement: Meet with homeowners, renters, and business owners to educate them about community solar—how it works, who it benefits, and how they can sign up.
2. Educational Outreach: Focus on building trust through clear, honest communication rather than hard selling.
3. Customer Support: Assist customers in the enrollment process, answer questions, and provide follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
4. Field Experience: Travel to different neighborhoods and communities to bring renewable energy awareness directly to the people.
5. Market Insights: Collect feedback to help improve outreach and marketing strategies.
