Director of Growth & Marketing (Remote – US)

We’re looking for a hands-on Director of Growth & Marketing to own demand generation, build scalable marketing systems, and drive qualified pipeline for our sales team. You’ll lead the full marketing function, manage a small team + agencies, and help shape our brand in the commercial electrification space

What You’ll Do

1. Own demand generation across inbound, outbound, paid, and ABM
2. Deliver predictable, high-quality pipeline
3. Manage HubSpot workflows, automation, and analytics
4. Build sales enablement content (one-pagers, case studies, briefs)
5. Lead content strategy, brand presence, and digital marketing
6. Manage website, SEO, CRO, and conversion funnels
7. Run events, webinars, and co-marketing with partners

What We’re Looking For

1. 7–12+ years in B2B growth, demand gen, marketing, and SaaS.
2. Experience in energy, industrial tech, fleet, or related fields (preferred)
3. Strong track record driving measurable pipeline
4. Hands-on with HubSpot and/or Salesforce
5. Data-driven, scrappy, and comfortable operating strategically + tactically
