We’re expanding and looking for a motivated, results-driven Digital Marketing Sales Manager to lead business development, manage client relationships, and help grow the agency’s revenue.

Position Overview

We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Sales Manager who will start part-time with a 3-month paid trial period before transitioning to a full-time leadership role.

This position combines sales, marketing, and management, offering huge growth potential for someone who’s passionate about digital marketing, client success, and business development.

You’ll be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, managing clients, and supporting the agency’s overall marketing and growth operations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and connect with new leads through cold outreach, networking, social media, and advertising campaigns.
  2. CRM Management: Maintain organization and communication using GoHighLevel, LeadsGorilla, and other outreach tools.
  3. Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct discovery calls and present Momentum’s digital marketing solutions to potential clients.
  4. Lead Generation & Paid Ads: Launch and manage advertising funnels to drive consistent qualified leads.
  5. Content Creation: Support the team with content ideas, social posts, and promotional materials.
  6. Client Account Management: Act as the account manager for select clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  7. Hiring & Onboarding: Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new team members as the agency scales.
  8. Marketing Strategy & Support: Help develop and execute Momentum’s own marketing and outreach strategies.
  9. Revenue Growth: Close deals, upsell existing clients, and help increase monthly recurring revenue (MRR).
  10. Agency Growth: Collaborate with leadership to improve systems, increase efficiency, and grow overall profit margins.

Skills & Qualifications

  1. Proven experience in digital marketing and sales
  2. Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Google Ads, and online advertising
  3. Experience using CRMs (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar)
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  5. Previous Sales Experience
  6. Confident leading calls, presentations, and closing deals
  7. Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with client relationships
  8. Previous experience in a marketing agency environment preferred

Compensation & Earning Potential

Starting Pay:

  1. Base Stipend: $2,500/month (during trial period)
  2. Commission:
  3. 10% of all monthly retainers closed
  4. 20% of all one-time client projects
  5. Account Management Bonuses: $250–$750 per account, depending on workload and performance

With solid performance, this role can easily exceed $10,000+ per month in total income within a few months.
