About the role:
We are looking for a proactive and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to support our marketing efforts and help implement strategies that grow EasySoftGroup’s visibility, engagement, and inbound pipeline.
You’ll work closely with and report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager, assisting with content creation, campaign execution, and analytics tracking. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career to learn, contribute, and grow in a fast-paced B2B tech environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Track marketing metrics via Google Analytics, CRM systems, SEO tools.
- Analyze competitors and their performance across major marketing channels (Organic, Direct, Referral etc).
- Support campaign coordination and performance tracking (e.g., collecting data, preparing reports, updating dashboards).
- Help manage and grow our social media presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
- Participate in setting up and optimizing email marketing campaigns (basic copywriting, list segmentation, testing).
- Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency and high-quality deliverables.
- Contribute to brand awareness and employer branding initiatives through storytelling, community engagement, and internal comms.
- Help monitor competitor activities and trends in the industry.
- Assist in executing marketing strategies across email, social media, content, and digital campaigns.
- Help create and manage marketing content: blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, case studies, and internal materials.
What we are looking for:
- 1–2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the IT sector.
- A strong interest in digital marketing, content creation, and growth strategies.
- Basic understanding of marketing funnels (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU) and inbound lead generation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Ukrainian and English).
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Docs, Canva, Notion, LinkedIn.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Proactive, self-driven, and team-oriented mindset.
