Pay Rate Range: $30 - $35 per hour

As our Digital Asset & Marketing Coordinator, you will be the central point for organizing, cataloging, and maintaining our valuable marketing assets. This crucial role supports our marketing team by providing seamless access to a wide range of digital resources, including images, videos, design files, and more. Your meticulous approach will be instrumental in maintaining brand consistency and optimizing our team's efficiency.

What you'll be doing:

1. Organizing and cataloging all marketing assets within our digital library.
2. Maintaining the integrity and accessibility of images, videos, design files, and other creative resources.
3. Implementing and enforcing tagging and metadata standards for efficient asset retrieval.
4. Supporting the marketing team with seamless access to necessary digital assets.
5. Assisting with project tracking and maintaining marketing timelines.
6. Coordinating marketing requests and routing them appropriately.
7. Facilitating clear communication between different teams involved in marketing initiatives.
8. Contributing to workflow optimization within the marketing department.

This is a remote, 6-month temporary contract position.
