Optimize existing content for search engine visibility, conversions, and message alignment.
Implement SEO best practices to enhance content performance.
Editing and Proofreading:
Edit and proofread content created by other team members.
Maintain a high standard of quality and consistency in all written materials.
Collaboration with Team:
Collaborate closely with team members to align content with broader marketing strategies.
Share insights, progress, and collaborate on refining content strategies.
Client Consultation:
Consult with clients to gain a deeper understanding of their goals and preferences.
Provide updates on content progress and seek client input for strategy refinement.
Assessment of Progress:
Assess the effectiveness of content strategies through performance metrics.
Adjust approaches based on analytics and feedback for continuous improvement.
Content Strategy Development:
Contribute to the development of comprehensive content strategies.
Align strategies with client objectives, target audiences, and industry trends.
Persona and Search Optimization:
Develop content personas to tailor messaging to specific target audiences.
Optimize content for search engines, ensuring visibility and relevance.
Message Alignment:
Ensure content aligns with the overall messaging and branding of clients.
Maintain consistency in tone, style, and messaging across various content pieces.
Client Learning:
Continuously learn about client industries and stay informed about trends.
Apply knowledge to produce relevant and timely content.
Qualifications:
Three to Five years’ experience in technical and business writing, with a focus on producing blogs, ebooks, and SEO-oriented content for content marketing in cybersecurity, insurance, and finance industries.
Proven experience in creating compelling B2B and B2C written content and a genuine passion for the craft.
Ability to prioritize work based on business impact, showcasing a methodical and strategic approach.
Strong organizational skills to efficiently manage time and resources according to priorities.
Adaptable and capable of thriving in a fast-paced remote, agency environment, ensuring client deliverables maintain a healthy velocity.
Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMRush to enhance content performance.
Proficiency in HubSpot and a strong understanding of the Inbound Methodology.
Experience using project management systems like ClickUp to organize and streamline workflows.
