About The Role


As a Content Producer, you’ll be responsible for curating and approving Daily Email Reports (DERs) across government and commercial clients. You’ll also provide broader support to the Curation team, helping to deliver high-quality, real-time media services that Streem is known for.


This role is ideal for a night owl or an early riser looking to work remotely between the hours of 12am - 6am or 1am - 7am.


What You’ll Do


  1. Curate and approve Daily Email Reports, including Coverage Summaries, Front Pages, Leading News Tables, and Stock Charts
  2. Produce transcripts, quality-check TV/radio content, and process media items
  3. Collaborate with senior leadership on daily operations, client deployments, and issue resolution
  4. Maintain strong communication across Curation, Account Management, Sales, Product and Development teams
  5. Provide early-morning client support via phone, email, or live chat
  6. Monitor team workflows and ensure service standards are consistently met
  7. Interpret client specifications and feedback to deliver tailored reports
  8. Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture

What We’re Looking For


  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Media, Public Relations, or related field (preferred)
  2. 2–3 years of relevant work experience
  3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing deadlines with attention to detail
  4. Critical thinker, comfortable working with data, trends, and insights
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  6. A genuine interest in the Australian media landscape
  7. Experience with media monitoring, analytics, or social listening tools (preferred)
  8. Proficiency with Google Suite; experience in Excel, project management tools, CRM platforms, or Boolean search is a plus
