Job Description:

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

Pay Range: $72,000.00 - $108,000.00

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Provides contact center administration.
  • Utilizes APIs and Genesys SDK to integrate contact center platform with SRM solutions.
  • Diagnoses and remedies contact center related problems and failures promptly and effectively.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:

  • High level of communication and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Experience with cloud-based telephony, CTI, SIP/VoIP phones and protocols, QoS, IVRs, call recording, and reporting.
  • Solid understanding of contact center/telecommunications concepts.
  • Experience with agile, scrum, and/or ITIL methodologies.

Job Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge in area of responsibility.
  • Typically requires a technical university degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of prior relevant experience.
  • Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid understanding of contact center/telecommunications concepts.
  • Experience working in a mission critical operational environment, including participation in a 24x7 on-call rotation.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 1+ years experience with JSON scripting.
  • 1+ years experience with SDK development.
  • 1+ years experience RESTful API’s.
  • AWS Solutions Architect (Associate) certification.
  • Genesys Cloud CX administration experience.
