We are seeking an Associate Director of Website Strategy and SEO (Remote) to join our growing team!
Position Summary
We’re seeking a collaborative, data-oriented Associate Director of Website Strategy & SEO to oversee strategic direction and on-going management of web / digital experiences across the Momentive Software portfolio.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the intersection of digital experience, organic growth, and performance marketing. It requires providing guidance and seamless collaboration with both agencies and internal teams to deliver high-quality, scalable digital experiences.
The ideal candidate can balance forward-thinking strategy with operational excellence, bringing experience working across web strategy, development, UX, SEO, conversion rate optimization and analytics to the table.
A Day in the Life
Website Strategy & Management:
Evolve web/digital experiences across the Momentive portfolio to best represent the company's brand, communicate our value proposition and product differentiation, and become a top channel for pipeline generation. Maintain and communicate an aggressive web roadmap to support business priorities, improve user experience, and optimize conversion rates.
Analytics & Performance Optimization :
Track, analyze, and report on web traffic metrics. Establish KPIs and measure performance to identify growth opportunities. Implement marketing automation and CRM integrations to streamline data tracking and lead nurturing.
Growth & Experimentation:
Develop and execute A/B tests and growth experiments to optimize web performance and conversion rates. Leverage SEO, personalization, retargeting and other techniques to attract more visitors, and ensure we engage them in a direct and relevant manner.
Collaboration & Leadership:
Work cross-functionally and communicate regularly with marketing and executive leadership, product, and sales. Manage and mentor internal team of talented web development / digital marketing professionals, along with owning relationships with external resources and agencies. Keep the website cutting edge by staying up to date on industry trends, competitive approaches, and emerging technologies.
